Data processing
We process and use customer data to fulfil the contract, provide our services and send customers notifications relating to the service, as well as to create invoices and collect our receivables. Where processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The same applies to processing operations required for pre-contractual measures. Where we are subject to a legal obligation requiring processing of personal data, such as for tax obligations, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Processing may also be based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override these.
