Where processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The same applies to processing operations required for pre-contractual measures. Where we are subject to a legal obligation requiring processing of personal data, such as for tax obligations, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Processing may also be based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override these.

Revocation, changes, corrections and updates

Users have the right to receive, upon request and free of charge, information about the personal data stored about them. In addition, users have the right to have inaccurate data corrected, and to have their personal data blocked or deleted, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
